Fun Holiday Party + Broker Preview with John McMonigle and the McMonigle Group (Think Bravo’s new show: “Real Estate Wars”) at a quirky, funky (but most of all) atmospheric venue on PCH, directly across the street from the sparkling blue Pacific in gorgeous Laguna Beach, Calif. The best part is that I had the great pleasure of writing this restaurant’s property description, as well as new agent bios for the two lovely ladies and McMonigle agents with me in the pic–Alex Miller and Susi Scholl!
